Tap Roundup – 7/7




  • Boundary Bay Brewery released a very limited release bottle, as part of their Bootlegger series called Ekstatik Nostratik. It’s brewed with locally harvested rhubarb, strawberries and raspberries. Than aged for two years in barrels. Only 25 cases were brewed.
  • In case you didn’t know, Tap Trail runs Bellingham Beer Week and we’re hard at work getting ready for BBW18. If you want to get involved head here and drop us a line!
  • Illuminati Brewing plans to open very soon.
  • Elizabeth Station is brewing up a German Style Gose with North Fork Brewing. They have also brewed up a 1/6 barrel they are calling “Tacose.” It is a Taco Gose. Featuring Radishes, Green Onion, Red Fresno Chile, Cilantro, Limes, San Juan Island Sea Salt and Coriander. They’re tapping that on 7/11.

Rhinosaur – Wheat IPA

5.9% ABV // medium body + tropical + smooth
This wheat style IPA was brewed in collaboration with Redhook Brewery, to help them celebrate the opening of their new brewery in Capitol Hill, Seattle. Dry hopped with Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe, mashed with 35% floor malted wheat. Expect bright, luscious citrus notes, especially grapefruit, along with tropical fruits notes reminiscent of mango!

Thirsty Ghost Hybrid (Sake and Kolsch)

Blend of three yeasts, including Sake and Sweet White Wine Yeasts. Aromas of pear, apple, banana and a mildly earthy and coconut notes.

Fermented Spelt Saison

Invisible Throne IPA

7.7% ABV. Hopped with African Queen and Eldorado
