Coffee webmag/blog Sprudge has teamed up with Stumptown Coffee Roasters to present the Coffee Loves Beer Festival in Portland on Saturday, September 16th. The lineup of ten pacific northwest breweries will all showcase Stumptown Cold Brew as an ingredient. The beer lineup will feature refreshingly light beers that play on coffee’s acidity to stouts that complement that darker side of coffee.this event is sure to be an eye-opening experience to the world of coffee beers. A $35 ticket for early or late sessions presumably gets you a taste of all the 10+ beers plus a commemorative Stumptown glass. As a nice perk, you get 15% off your tab before or after tasting beers at The Woodsman Tavern next to Stumptown in southeast Portland. In addition there will be snacks and music to be announced!
